I’ve spent ost of my life helping people improve their health by mastering simple, sustainable habits.
I’ve supported hundreds of clients from everyday people looking to drop a dress size, to athletes rebuilding confidence after injury, to individuals overcoming lifelong habits like binge eating. I’m currently the Senior Healthy Lifestyle Advisor on a public health project called Healthy You, delivered through the charity Living Sport, working directly with NHS-referred patients.
